This is one of the most addicitive hot sauces out there. For quite a while, it was commercially available, but a few years ago, it was pulled from the market, leaving many of us without our daily fix.

This is my take on the recipe that was published in a book by Chris Schlesinger, who was the creator of the commercial sauce.
